1. Using Kids Sikho
By using kidslearning.cloud you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is meant for children to use under the supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher, who accepts these terms on the child's behalf.
2. Free service
All games, lessons, worksheets and practice tests are currently free. We do not charge any fee and do not take payment details. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will show the price clearly before any purchase, and our Refund Policy will apply.
3. Accounts
Signing in with Google is optional and intended for parents. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please keep your Google account secure.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the site or its servers.
- Do not upload or submit anything unlawful, hurtful or inappropriate for children.
- Do not pretend to be someone else or use another person's account.
5. Content and worksheets
The games, lessons, illustrations, worksheets and other content on Kids Sikho belong to Kids Sikho. You may use them and print worksheets for personal, home or classroom teaching. You may not sell them, republish them on another website or app, or remove our name from printed sheets.
6. Educational content
We try to keep all content accurate and age-appropriate, but it is provided for learning support and practice. It does not replace a school curriculum, teacher or professional advice.
7. Availability
We may change, pause or remove features at any time, and the site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kids Sikho is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to тВ╣0 beyond what the law requires.
